The diocese of Camden has a uniform grading scale for all the schools in the Diocese. The grading scale and marking code are as follows for Grades 3 through 8:

Kindergarten has its own report card in conformity with Diocesan regulations. All tests for students in all grades must be signed and returned to school.
Honor Roll
Principal’s List – All A+’s and A’s and an E or S rating in minor subjects and conduct/effort
First Honors – All A+’s and A’s except for one B+’s or B’s.and an E or S rating in minor subjects and conduct/effort
Second Honors – All A’s, B+’s and B’s and an E or S in minor subjects and conduct/effort
Students must have an E or S in conduct and minor subjects to be eligible for the Honor Roll
Churchwerks
Saint Michael the Archangel Regional School uses an online Student Information System called Churchwerks. This system has been implemented in elementary schools and high schools throughout the Diocese. The system is completely web-based and can be accessed from any computer that can access the Internet.
Type the following in the address field of either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox: http://sis.camdendiocese.org.
Each parent with a child(ren) in grades K-8 and students grades 4 and up are given a username and password to access grades, attendance, and report cards. Usernames and passwords should be kept private and not shared with anyone. New families should call the office to obtain their username and password.
