Tuition and Fees K-8

St. Michael the Archangel Regional School is funded through a budget comprised of tuition and fees, parish subsidies, and fund raising activities. The parishes comprising the regionalization and subsidization of the school are Church of the Nativity of Our Lord in Franklinville, Mary, Mother of Mercy in Glassboro, Our Lady Queen of Peace in  Pitman, St. Bridget, also in Glassboro, and the Parish of St. Michael the Archangel in Clayton.

Families are expected to financially support their regional parish which subsidizes the School so as to help keep the tuition costs reasonable. Parents have the option of participating in fund raising activities through the TSC Program or making payment in lieu of fundraisers. See the TSC Program of our website for more
 information.

Tuition Policy

St. Michael the Archangel Regional School bases its tuition collection on a eleven-month calendar year beginning in July and ending in May.  St. Michael the Archangel Regional School utilizes SMART tuition collection services to act as an agent in collecting payments.  The SMART Program provides flexibility for both the school and parents.  Families have the payment automatically deducted from their bank account, invoiced, or charged to their credit card.

Tuition payments will be charged to the bank account or credit card on the tenth (10th), twentieth (20th), or thirtieth (30th) of each month based on the parents’ choice.  If an overdraft occurs, an account becomes past due, at which time a reminder letter is mailed directly from the collection agency requiring payment and late fees, and the account must be satisfied prior to the next payment due date.  Subsequent letters are mailed after thirty (30) and fifty (50) days resulting in additional late fees.  If an account should go more than fifty (50) days unpaid  (fifty (50) plus ten (10) or sixty (60) days), the Rectory will issue a letter that will be sent home with your child (children).  This letter will notify you that payment arrangements must be made and is to be signed and returned to the school.  Failure to make payment arrangements with the Rectory within ten (10) days of receipt of the letter will indicate your decision to find alternate education placement for your child.  We strongly encourage you to make contact with Father right away when a problem arises.

The School maintains a tuition assistance program for eligible families.
